We offer Kids Classes for convenient one-month cycles. This allows flexibility for those who play sports and can only commit to one month at a time.
You may sign your child up before the start of each month. This is not a recurring charge.
Tuesday 4:30pm-5:25pm & Thursday 4:30pm-5:25pm
This 55-minute club is for the disciplined athlete who is looking to gain strength and endurance. The class will focus on body awareness, teamwork, weight lifting technique work, and functional fitness exercises. All movements and weights will be tailored specifically to meet each child’s’ ability level. Along with body weight exercises, equipment used will include kid sized training barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, and resistance bands.
Participants will enjoy fun games and workouts in a friendly and nurturing environment. This class is perfect for kids 8-13. Classes are thirty minutes. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate.
